Ordering: Please contact
me via
e-mail to indicate what you would like to purchase and how you would like to
pay for it. Please indicate if you would like First Class (approximately
$1.64 for a bracelet or chaplet, $2.66 for a rosary) or Priority Mail ($4.60 for
one item), and if you need to pay tax. I will then send you an e-mail invoice
for the total amount due.
Payment: Check or money order
is my preferred method of payment. Items may also be paid for using credit
card or instant bank transfer via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required in
order to use PayPal. Sales tax of 6% will be added to purchases shipped to Pennsylvania . Actual shipping charges will be added to all mailed orders.
Packaging: All items come in a
gift box. Rosaries come in a black velour hinged gift box which also makes a
nice storage case. Items can be gift wrapped upon request for no extra
charge.
Special Requests: If you would like to
request a custom rosary design or a special occasion rosary to commemorate a
birthday, anniversary, baptism, wedding, first Eucharist, Confirmation etc.,
please contact us via e-mail and we can discuss a special order.
Returns: If you find you are
not pleased with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within ten
days. Shipping is not refundable. Custom orders or items that have been
damaged are not refundable. Purchases must be returned in original gift box,
and in new condition. Please contact us via e-mail with an explanation of the
problem prior to making any returns. Please be sure the item is packaged
securely to avoid damage in transit.
Guarantee: Rosaries and chaplets
are guaranteed against breakage under normal usage for a period of one year
from date of purchase. We will re-string the rosary at our expense if all
parts are returned to us. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems at
any time, and we’ll see what we can do.
Common Sense: Rosaries are not for
children to play with, and supervision is recommended when they are used by
young children. Rosary beads could pose a choking hazard if they were to come
apart and a strangulation hazard if they were not to. And of course no child
should ever be allowed to put a rosary in his or her mouth.
Please note: Rosaries are made by
me in my home which is also filled with children, cats, wheat, nuts, dairy
products and many other potential allergens.
Thank You: We appreciate your
